Tracey Continelli came to CHWS in 2002. As a research associate, she compiles literature reviews, builds data sets, performs statistical analysis, is a contributing author to research briefs and peer-reviewed articles, and presents at professional conferences.
In addition to Ms. Continelli’s position as a research associate with the Center, she is a tenured assistant research professor at the Sage Colleges in the School of Health Sciences. She has spent over 15 years in the health research field, and has extensive experience in data management and manipulation, and the advanced application of statistical techniques. Ms. Continelli’s work has been published in many professional publications, including the Journal of Urban Health, Health Services Research, and the Journal of African American Studies. She has presented at the Academy Health Conference, to the American Sociological Association, and the Eastern Sociological Society, among others. Ms. Continelli holds a Ph.D. in Medical Sociology from the University at Albany, SUNY.
