Provider burnout is a huge issue in the United States, and the COVID-19 pandemic has significantly added to that burden. This presentation examines recent findings from a survey of physicians and nurse practitioners, exploring which specific personal demographics and practice characteristics are associated with newly burned-out providers. This research is valuable for health care administrators and those addressing clinical burnout.
