Summary:The National Health Service Corps Substance Use Disorder Workforce Loan Repayment Program is a service-obligated program designed to expand and improve access to quality Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) and other SUD treatment in under-served, high-need communities.

Additional Information:State-issued supplemental SUD credentials, which are distinct from the licensure/certification that SUD counselors must have in order to practice SUD counseling, are not required but will determine an applicant’s ranking in the selection process.
